Role:

Sources, hires, and trains a team of talented sales professionals to lead the industry in professionalism, product knowledge, commitment, and success.

Effectively educates partners on products/customer segments.

Develops training materials and programs to support internal and external partner education.

Identifies opportunities for partnership growth and product improvements.

Represents company at industry events to help foster new business relationships.

Delivers weekly reports on customer engagement, owns and meets monthly origination/volume goals.
Requirements:

5+ years in regional sales leadership.

Strong interpersonal skills with history of building enduring relationships.

2+ years of managing and coaching high-performing teams.

Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly, creatively and decisively.

Thorough understanding of sales enablement, sales engagement, sales automation, CRMs, and BI analysis tools.

Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university (MBA preferred).
VP Operations
