Client is a multinational fintech company specializing in home equity. Client is currently seeking a Head of Partnerships for their Toronto office. Competitive base salary + package.

Role:

  • Sources, hires, and trains a team of talented sales professionals to lead the industry in professionalism, product knowledge, commitment, and success.

  • Effectively educates partners on products/customer segments.

  • Develops training materials and programs to support internal and external partner education.

  • Identifies opportunities for partnership growth and product improvements.

  • Represents company at industry events to help foster new business relationships.

  • Delivers weekly reports on customer engagement, owns and meets monthly origination/volume goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in regional sales leadership.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with history of building enduring relationships.

  • 2+ years of managing and coaching high-performing teams.

  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly, creatively and decisively.

  • Thorough understanding of sales enablement, sales engagement, sales automation, CRMs, and BI analysis tools.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university (MBA preferred).

 

VP Operations

Role:

  • Develops strategies, systems, and processes that support accelerated growth and drive desired performance levels.

  • Establishes performance statistics, business metrics, and executes initiatives to deliver on high impact, creative, and commercially driven solutions.

  • Leads development of efficient and sustainable internal systems and processes such as operational level agreements that enforce high performance standards within vendor network.

  • Collaborates with internal support teams to achieve alignment on approved budgets and strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned problem solver who motivates teams and sees challenges as opportunities for growth.

  • 10+ years of overall experience with an emphasis on BI, data modelling, forecasting, and analytics.

  • 5+ years of managing high-performing teams.

  • Computer Science/Mathematics/Business background.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university (MBA preferred).
